Lizzo recently opened up about her weight loss struggles on TikTok.
Lizzo's weight transformation has been a hot topic on social media.
The singer, who has lost a lot of weight in recent months, took to TikTok earlier this week to talk about her struggles.
She said she gave in to the temptation of overeating. The 'Truth Hurts' singer says she felt "really bad" for the setback in her weight journey.
"I overate yesterday, and I'm feeling really bad about it,” the award-winning singer wrote.
“I'm trying to remind myself that my body needed that nourishment, and if my body deserves comfort then my brain deserves comfort too,” Lizzo added.
She used her post to encourage other people who might also be struggling with their weight loss journey.
“If you’re going through this ur not alone ❤️," she wrote.

Last month, Lizzo addressed rumours that she used prescription drugs to shed weight.
Social media users accused her of using Ozempic, a prescription medication used to treat people with type 2 diabetes that causes weight loss, while others even went as far as accusing her of "snorting cocaine".
Lizzo told her followers that her weight loss is due to exercising and healthy eating.
"When you finally get Ozempic allegations after five months of weight training and calorie deficit," she wrote.
