Maps Maponyane to host SATY awards
As a build up to the prestigious South African of The Year ceremony. Hulisani and Maps are the official hosts of the SATY Awards TV show to premier later on in September.
According to the channel, the two media personalities will be hosting the half an hour daily show titled after the award ceremony which will take place on the 25th of November 2016.
The show will feature over 60 episodes profiling South Africa’s leading music artists, TV and radio personalities, sportspersons, business leaders, conservationist and youth leaders.
"I am excited to host this year's SATy show with Hulisani. I think it is a great way to celebrate the year's most innovative, inspiring and entertaining work by South Africans. Hulisani and I are excited that ANN7 has brought us back to host a show that promotes a narrative of positivity about South Africa. I had a great time in 2014 and I can't wait for the viewers to see what we have in store for them this year." Said Maps.
