The couple says they had to urgently evacuate the venue in the morning when the water and soil started moving into their chalet.

Marciel says she and her husband had to climb to the top of their balcony with bags because the front door was blocked.
The TV personality said her heart breaks because of the damage the mudslide caused.
She also shared how the mudslide wrecked havoc at the wedding venue in the premises.
My hart is SO ongelooflik seer vir die eienaars! Veilig wees!," she wrote.
