Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, spent her last day at the Invictus Games seeking out some thrills.

The 43-year-old royal decided to try snow tubing in Whistler, Canada. She shared a clip of herself sitting on a tube at the top of a hill on her newly launched personal Instagram page

"No, no, no, I really don't want to it!" she exclaimed moments before she was pushed down the hill.

Her husband, Prince Harry, who is behind the camera, cheers her on.

"Come on, you'll be absolutely fine! You'll be fine."

The Duke of Sussex then helps count her down and away she goes down the hill.

Markle and Harry opened the Invictus Games in Canada on February 8. Over 500 injured, wounded, and sick veterans and current military personnel are participating in the games, which are being held in Vancouver and Whistler.

Coldplay, Katy Perry and Nelly Furtado were some musicians who performed at the opening ceremony.

The couple has spent the past few days meeting with athletes and their families as well as watching some of the games.

Markle has shared behind-the-scenes content on Instagram Stories, including a clip of Michael Bublé singing before introducing them onstage.

She also shared a clip of Harry receiving a cheeky gift from Team Australia – a Speedo.

“So inappropriate! I love it. Thank you so much," Harry laughed.

Markle returned to the couple's Montecito home in California after her appearances on Tuesday to be with their children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet

The duchess is not expected to return to Canada for the closing ceremony.

"This was always planned. Meghan is going home to be with her children. Meghan left the games in Düsseldorf early after five days to go home. This is Prince Harry's event and she is there to support him but this was planned," a source told the Daily Mail

The Invictus Games end on Sunday, February 16.
