Miss SA's Miss Universe national costume unveiled
Updated | By Laila Majiet
Miss SA Demi-Leigh Nel Peters is going to set the stage on fire at the Miss Universe pageant in November.
Her national costume has been unveiled at a farewell event at Time Square in Menlyn, Pretoria, on Thursday.
The exquisite costume is inspired by the country's abundant indigenous fauna and flora - specifically the protea.
The national costume was designed by Malikah Hajee and Lloyd Kandlin and the team at The Costume Department.
