Netflix shares first look at Meghan Markle's cooking show
Updated | By Entertainment Reporter
"I hope you love the show as much as I loved making it!" The Duchess of Sussex's new cooking series debuts in January.
Meghan Markle is starting the New Year strong. Shortly after marking her return to Instagram, the Duchess of Sussex shared the trailer for her Netflix cooking show, 'With Love, Meghan'.
"I have been so excited to share this with you! I hope you love the show as much as I loved making it. Wishing you all a fantastic new year! Thanks to our amazing crew and the team @netflix. Beyond grateful for the support – and fun!" Meghan wrote on Instagram.
The eight-episode series will be released on the streaming platform on January 15.
"In 'With Love, Meghan', we join Meghan in the kitchen, garden – and even at the beehive – as she prepares to host friends both old and new," Netflix said.
Some of the guests on the cooking show include actress Mindy Kaling and Korean-American chef Roy Choi.
"Sharing some of her favourite tips and tricks for cooking, gardening, crafting, and more, Meghan reveals how even the most minute details can help add beauty to our lives and, most importantly, help bring people together. Whether it’s preparing take-home gifts for guests or adding a sprinkle of edible flowers to breakfast, it’s truly the thought that counts."

Meghan's husband, Prince Harry, also makes a cameo in the series. The royal couple has collaborated with Netflix on several series in the past.
Their docuseries, 'Harry & Meghan' debuted in December 2022. It became the biggest premiere for a Netflix documentary, with 81 million hours watched within the first few days of its release.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex signed a lucrative deal with Netflix in 2020 to create impactful content. The couple's company, Archwell Productions, teamed up with the streaming platform for the 'Polo' docuseries in 2024.
A Netflix executive revealed last year that the couple has much more content coming.
"They have a couple of unscripted things they’re working on with Brandon [Reigg]. And they actually have like a bunch of development. They have a movie in development, a [scripted] series that they’re working on. So all very early development, with a movie, a TV show and a couple of unscripted shows. But yeah, the movie’s great," Bela Bajaria, Chief Content Officer, said.
Meghan's fans are excited about her latest project. "Yayyyyy I’m so happy I can’t wait to watch. I love me some Meghan," one Instagram user commented.
Another user wrote, "Omg this Queen!!!! THIS IS MY MARTHA STEWART!!!! I need cooking book, I need cooking show, gardening show, etc."
