Omarion films music video in KZN, South Africa
In addition to performing alongside Anatii, US RnB singer, Omarion, found time to shoot a music video in KZN.
We thought the American RnB singer, Omarion, was just here to perform alongside local rapper, Anatii at his Artiifact album launch but it turns out he had a lot more planned for his stay in SA.
In addition to performing live at a number of shows (including the upcoming Amped Fest), the former B2K front man found some time to shoot a music video and judging from the stills, it’s going to be sick!
The visuals are for his latest single, titled, ‘Distance (Between Us)’ which he performed for the first time during his set at the Joburg leg of the Artiifact Tour and we’re telling you guys this ahead of time, it’s a banger! We haven’t been able to get the tune out of our heads and that makes it the ideal summer jam to grind and wind away to.
The singer actually spoke to Slikour about filming the video in SA during an interview they had when he first got here and Omarion even called South Africa “a hidden gem”.
We’ll be keeping our eyes and ears to the ground for that video release (which will probably debut on MTV Base’s Spanking new) and we’ll be one of the first people to let you know when it’s out.
