Winfrey’s company takes the legal route to settle matters.

Oprah argues that the name of the podcast can be easily confused with her being involved in curating the content shared on the platform.
The lawsuit does however state that it is not expecting nor requesting payment from the creators. It also states that it does not intend to stop the podcast but to have the name of the podcast changed.
