Pearl Thusi lashes out at Helen Zille
Actress and presenter Pearl Thusi has taken to twitter to voice her dismay at a tweet sent out by former DA leader and current Western Cape Premier, Helen Zille.
"Would we have had a transition into specialised health care and medication without colonial influence? Just be honest, please," Zille tweeted.
As soon as Zille's tweet was posted, Twitter reacted with Pearl Thusi giving her a proper lashing.
"Helen tell your people to give our land back before you try remind us how lucky we are that our ancestors were killed for hospitals. Tsek," the actress tweeted.

The Minster of Sports, Fikile Mbalula, who is known for taking over Twitter, also had a mouthful to say about Zille.
"I luv @helenzille on Twitter especially after midnight the truth just come out UNAMBIGIOUS! Will Helen Zille stop tweeting ignorant racist tweets?" Mbalula posted.
The tweets sparked a frenzy of replies from twitter users, and instantly the hashtag #HelenZille was the number one trend on the micro-blogging site.
