Phat Joe to host new dating show
Updated | By MornéJK
Phat Joe has landed a new dating show on Vuzu Amp and is calling on all eligible bachelors to get ready to find the perfect partner.

The show, that will match up keen singles, will hit your screen from the 10th of July
Producers Take Me Out Mzansi says the series will aim to be exciting and provocative, as well as funny.
"A single player is introduced to a panel of 30 girls or boys, and tries to persuade them to keep their lights on, so he or she can choose one for a potential date. The show provides an entertaining mix of comedy, jeopardy, surprises and possible romance."
Just like dating in the real world, it's all about first impressions. If the panel is not impressed they can switch off their podium lights immediately, and if it's a total "black out", the player instantly goes home alone.
M-Net's Head of Reality for Local Entertainment Channels, Sphumelele Sibeko, says viewers are in for a treat.
"Take Me Out Mzansi has all the ingredients for a weekly dose of great viewing: humour, surprises, romance and unadulterated fun. Phat Joe tops off an already perfect mix, to make for brilliant television," Sibeko says.
