Pink responds to Twitter user who body-shamed her
Updated | By Poelano Malema
Pink had the perfect answer for this internet user who thought he could shame her body...
Body shaming occurs when you criticise someone's body size, shape or features.
This is common especially on social media where millions of trolls hide behind the screen and can say the meanest things.
A Twitter user by the name of Stew Peters shared an image of Pink performing while wearing a black midriff top.
He captioned the post: "Those aren’t child-bearing hips."
Having child bearing hips means the hips are wider or more curvy.

Pink didn't take the comment lying down.
She put the Twitter user in his place: "Oh, Stewie . Stewie Stewie Stewie. You’ve got too much free time."
Many of her fans came to her defence.
"Oooo, viral tweet 🐥 I’d like to take this opportunity to say P!nk rocks and I’m not sure why anyone would be talking rubbish about her hips or any other body parts. Being a great mom while also keeping super-fit for her shows deserves a medal," wrote one Twitter user.
Former world champion athlete, Olga Nesterova, wrote: "Stewie spent so much time looking through magazines of a particular kind that he forgot to enter the real world of real women."
