Proud wife! Priyanka Chopra celebrates Nick Jonas
Nick Jonas is heading to Broadway and no one is prouder than his wife.
Priyanka Chopra shows her husband, Nick Jonas, some love ahead of the premiere of his new Broadway show, 'The Last Five Years'.
The Miss World 2000 winner sent him well wishes as he embarks on one of the biggest projects of his career.
Jonas appeared in the first preview show at the Hudson Theatre in New York City.
'The Last Five Years' officially debuts in April.
The 32-year-old plays the lead role alongside Adrienne Warren.
"So proud of you @nickjonas," Chopra, 42, wrote on Instagram Stories.
The 'Quantico' actress included a black and white photo of the stage where the show was taking place.
She also shared a picture of a Playbill featuring Jonas and Warren.
This is not Jonas' first rodeo. He has starred in four other Broadway shows including 'How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying'.
"I did a bunch of shows as a kid. This is my second time coming back since being an adult. This is just a dream role," he said during a recent appearance on 'The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon'.
Warren is also no stranger to Broadway. She won her first Tony Award for her last show, 'Tina'.
"Of course I watched him when I was growing up on the Disney channel, because who didn't? We've never crossed paths, but when I was a kid I did audition for 'Camp Rock'... He's such an incredible teammate and such a hard worker. He ups the ante every single day and I'm like, "Wait a minute, I gotta step up every day.'"
