Kim Kardashian could win full custody of her four children, reports The Sun.

This is after Kanye, who now goes by the name Ye, decided not to pitch for his deposition scheduled for November 16.

Family law attorney Lexie Rigden of Rigden Law LLC told The Sun that if Kanye doesn't show up for the next scheduled deposition on November 29, he could lose custody of his children - North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.

Not only is he at risk of losing custody because of missing his deposition, but also because of his anti-Semitism, which made him lose his endorsements.

"If Kanye refuses to show up to his deposition, the Judge could sanction him monetarily, make him pay counsel fees, and if it is an egregious enough discovery violation, the judge may be able to bar him from putting on a case at trial," Lexie Rigden of Rigden Law LLC told The Sun

The law expert warned that Kanye not meeting with Kim's lawyers could even affect the distribution of his assets.

"In most divorce cases, the parties are able to at least work out some of the issues. But, given his behavior and apparent unreasonableness, everything may be in dispute, from custody to distribution of assets. For two very wealthy people who do not need each other's money, the custody issues will be most important."

The attorney also warned Kanye about the posts he has been making on social media.

"His disparaging posts about Kim and her family in the media, and his nonsensical proposals including that the children attend two different schools at once, are going to likely be used to show that he cannot reasonably co-parent and does not have the children's best interests in mind," said Lexie.

Kim filed for divorce from Kanye in February 2021. They were married for six years and have four children.
