While it pays to have a good lawyer, would you repay them by naming your next child after them?

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky are still on a high after the rapper dodged a potential 25-year prison sentence.

The 'Say Something' hitmaker, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, was found not guilty of two counts of felony assault in court this week.

The charges stem from a 2021 incident where the rapper allegedly pulled out a gun and grazed his former friend A$AP Relli with one of the bullets.

He alleged that the firearm was a harmless prop gun that did not fire real bullets.

A$AP Rocky was offered a plea deal that included a six-month prison term, but he declined the offer, putting his faith in his lawyer and the jury.

After just three hours of deliberations, the jury returned a not-guilty verdict. Both A$AP Rocky and Rihanna praised his lawyer, Joe Tacopina.

"[A$AP Rocky] told me he loved me, and we're family," Tacopina told Extra.

According to Tacopina, the couple, who are parents to RZA and Riot Rose, are even considering naming their next baby after him.

"They grabbed me and they said, ‘Listen, our next baby is A$AP Joe.' I said, ‘I’m gonna hold you to that!’"

The famous couple could be joking, but you never know given the unique names celebrities give their children.

Let's hope it's a girl!
