Sean 'Diddy' Combs is facing a fifth sexual assault charge. The latest one comes from a male music producer who claims that Combs forced him to have have sex with sex workers.
Another sexual assault case has been opened against music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs.
The latest lawsuit was filed in a New York court by a music producer, Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones, who has accused Diddy of sexual assault and being forced to have sex with sex workers, reports BBC. The incidents reportedly happened between September 2022 and November 2023.
According to BBC, Jones claims that he was drugged and "recalls waking up naked, dizzy, and confused. He was in bed with two sex workers and Mr Combs".
He also reportedly claimed that Diddy was "grooming him to pass him off to his friends" and "engaging in serious illegal activity".
According to BBC, the court files include photos taken from Diddy's house parties that have underage girls and sex workers who were allegedly supplied with drugs.
The rapper's lawyer, Shawn Holley, has denied the allegations.
"We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies," he reportedly said.
"We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them."
BBC reports that Jones is seeking $30-million in damages.

In November, R&B singer Cassie Ventura filed a lawsuit against Diddy in the Federal District Court in Manhattan and claimed that he raped her towards the end of their relationship in 2018. She also claimed that Diddy would punch, beat, kick, and stomp on her, and she claimed that he also involved her in sex trafficking.
The 'Long Way 2 Go' hitmaker alleged that Diddy forced her to engage in sex acts with male sex workers. Cassie claims Diddy would masturbate and film the encounters.
A day after filing the suit, the two parties reached an agreement.
"I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control. I want to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support." Ventura said in the statement.
Diddy also released his statement saying: "We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love."
His attorney, Ben Brafman, also released a statement saying: "Just so we're clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing. Mr. Combs' decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best."
