Selena Gomez says she isn't done with music yet...
Selena Gomez's fans can expect more music from the star.
The singer says that although she has been busy with her acting career, following the release of her latest film, 'Emilia Pérez', she will not ditch her love for singing.
In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the 'Single Soon' hitmaker said: “I think I’ve done just as much as I wanted to do in music, but it’s exciting because I feel like I haven’t even started in film and TV."
Despite still feeling like her acting career has more to offer, the singer says she is proud of the work she has produced so far.
“I know I’ve been a part of some great projects and I’m really proud of them. I like that I have to earn my position, and I love storytelling. So, I’m excited to do more of that.
“Music isn’t going away,” she said. “I just set it down for a second,” she told the publication.

The 32-year-old also spoke about how her two careers complement each other. When asked what she gets from acting that music does not offer her, Gomez responded 'sanity'.
" You go into a room [to do junket press], and it’s really scary to talk about music that maybe has been a part of your story and isn’t anymore. And it’s really hard to sit there and talk about myself. It’s draining. But every interview I’ve done for this movie, there’s not been one personal question asked, and I’ve wanted to kiss every single reporter in the mouth and just say, thank you, because it’s been so refreshing, and I think that that’s a space that is safer for me," she explained.
Selena's latest film, 'Emilia Pérez', was released in August.
It features stars such as Zoe Saldaña; Karla Sofía Gascón; and Adriana Paz.
