Sia addresses her face lift at awards ceremony
The 'Gimme Love' hitmaker says the face lift has led to people complimenting her looks.
Sia Furler is known as the singer who hides her face with huge wigs and bow ties.
The Australian singer has recently revealed that she had a face lift.
Speaking at the fifth annual Daytime Beauty Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday, the singer presented plastic surgeon Dr Ben Talei with the award for outstanding achievement in medicine before revealing that he is the man behind her face lift.
“I’m a pop star that normally hides my face and doesn’t lie about s—. I got an amazing face lift from Dr Talei,” Sia said.
“He is incredible. And he is doing so much good work — and not just for the pop stars of the world.
“I was showing someone in the back my before-and-afters right before I came on. People go, ‘You look nice.’ I’m like, ‘Dr. Ben Talei facelift’ for anything you could ever want. I love him, I can’t say enough good about him."

The plastic surgeon thanked Sia and revealed that the love and respect from her makes him feel unstoppable.
"@siamusic I’m beyond grateful to have been bestowed this honor and moment by my incredibly amazing friend Sia. Although there were some incredible presenters, everyone in the crowd lost their minds when Sia came on stage like a nuclear firecracker.
"Then, out of nowhere she dropped some amaaaaazing news on the crowd!!!!!!! It’s incredible to have someone you love and respect so much do something so nice for you. It makes you feel more than unstoppable," he wrote on Instagram.

Two years back, Sia spoke about how she had two liposuction procedures on her chin because of insecurities. She also did another one on her stomach.
"I was so insecure, I had liposuction on my stomach and it looked wrong and it looks like someone threw a hammer into my guts," she told Gabor Mate.
She also revealed that she had botox.

The official lyric video, which was released two weeks back, has over a million views on YouTube.
The single comes from Sia's 'Reasonable Woman' album, which is the first new solo pop album from her in eight years.
