LOOK: Springbok Faf de Klerk launches sexy swimwear brand

The Springbok scrumhalf, Faf de Klerk, has turned his love for the national flag into a new business venture, with the slogan, "Size doesn't matter".

Springbok player Faf De Klerk has launched his own swimwear line, fittingly named 'Faffies'. 

Inspired by his love for the national flag, this new venture offers swimming briefs adorned with the South African flag and Springbok emblem, catering initially to men and young boys.

Whether at the beach or by the pool, you can now sport your own SA flag briefs.

Although the website is not yet live, previews have revealed four different designs. 

The brand's slogan, "size doesn’t matter", suggests inclusivity across a wide range of sizes.

This entrepreneurial pursuit seems like a natural extension for De Klerk, who gained attention for wearing South African-printed briefs when he met Prince Harry in 2019, shortly after the Springboks' victory in the 2019 Rugby World Cup.

The iconic SA flag briefs made a comeback in 2023, coinciding with South Africa's historic win in the Rugby World Cup. 

De Klerk even featured his signature briefs in a Budget Insurance advertisement.
