Taylor Swift had an unpleasant surprise at her show over the weekend.

The singer reportedly inhaled a bug at her show at San Siro Stadium in Milan on Saturday.

“Swallowed another one,” she told the crowd.

The 34-year-old had to pause her performance to cough after the incident.

“I knew it would happen ’cause there’s so many bugs here tonight,” she told the crowd. “I just need to cough a little bit,” she added.

The bug incident wasn't the only issue that Swift encountered at the show.

Her piano also malfunctioned.

As she was performing 'Getaway Car' from 'Reputation', she paused after a chord sounded incorrect.

A man from her team came to assist. The man opened the top of the piano but struggled to close it.

"We have finally broken this thing," Taylor said.

"This is all completely..." she said while pushing on the piano top and it closed.

After handling the piano, Swift went back to performing.

Swift has been on the Eras Tour since 17 March 2023. The tour will end on 8 December 2024.

She took to Twitter to talk about how the tour "has brought so many firsts with it".

One of her firsts was being in Switzerland.

"I’d never been to Switzerland before. This place is stunningly beautiful and I loved playing for those two wonderful crowds in Zurich."

She added that she has a few more shows left.

"Pretty wild to think we only have seven cities left on the European leg of the tour. Up next is a city I’ve been looking forward to playing for so long: Milan!!" she wrote.
