Thando Thabethe discusses motherhood with Kelly Rowland
Thando Thabethe has told Kelly Rowland that she has put off becoming a mother because she doesn't know how to balance work and family life.
Deciding to become a mother is not a decision to be taken lightly, especially if you are career driven and your job is demanding.
Thandi Thabethe recently opened up to Kelly Rowland about how she has been putting off having children because of her career.
The 32-year-old was interviewing Rowland for her BET reality show, 'The Unstoppable Thabooty'.
After the interview, the two of them went backstage and where talking about life in general and this is where Thabethe told Kelly why she doesn't have a child.
"I feel like I'm postponing having a kid because when am I like gonna take care of the kid?"

Rowland told Thabethe that she can get a nanny to help her.
She also shared a few tips on how she has managed to be a mother and have a successful career. Kelly is a mother of two - Titan Jewell who is eight and Noah Jon who is two.
"I worked up until four months," said Kelly before revealing that she had a conversation with her management to see how they could make it work.
She affirmed that Thabethe can also make it work.
Thabethe said her conversation with Kelly is one of her favourite moments on her reality show.
