Trump's election team likens him to Thanos - and the superhero's creator is not impressed

Thanos is a fictional Marvel character that succeeds in making himself omnipotent and erases half the living things in the universe to prove his love to Death.
US President Donald Trumps' re-election team has likened him to Thanos, and the creator of the superhero is not impressed.
The BBC reports that a Tweet by the Trump War Room account that shows Trump as the superhero and suggest his re-election is inevitable has Jim Starlin furious.
House Democrats can push their sham impeachment all they want.

According to the BBC, Starlin feels violated by the use of his work for Trump's political goals.
"Seeing that pompous fool using my creation to stroke his infantile ego, it finally struck me that the leader of my country and the free world actually enjoys comparing himself to a mass murderer," Starlin was quoted as saying.

"How sick is that? These are sad and strange times we are going through. Fortunately, all things, even national nightmares, eventually come to an end," he told The Hollywood Reporter.
