The comedian, who made news headlines in 2015 after embarking on a healthy eating regime, is motivating people to lead a healthier lifestyle and start the year in the right way.
The former "Our Perfect Wedding" host posted a photo on her Instagram feed showing her weight loss progress since 2014.
Morake has also been announced as host of a new variety show called "Red Cake Not The Cooking Show" that will he her and fellow comedian Alan Committee play traditional games with celebrities.
