A video of South African star Sindi Majola looking frail has gone viral on social media, with many expressing shock and sadness at her appearance.
For many years, the South African entertainment industry has been at the centre of controversy, especially regarding artist rights.
Fans noted that artists were seen making it big but dying with no money, and some even needed donations for their burials.
Recently, several videos of celebrities battling on the streets of South Africa have been making the rounds on social media.
The latest one is of Sindi Majola, who is also trending due to unforeseen circumstances.
The actress, who featured on some of the country's most-loved drams such as 'The Lab', 'Heartlines', 'Erfsondes', 'Jacob's Cross', 'Backstage' and 'Rhythm City', was seen looking frail on the streets of Yeoville.
The heartbreaking video shows the actress appearing intoxicated with her hair looking messy.
In the video, she explains that she had everything, but was not happy because she lost her family members due to reasons she didn't disclose. As a result, she asked God to take her money away for the sake of her happiness.

“I had everything — from age 22, I had my car, my apartment, my businesses, everything — but I wasn't happy. They killed my family because of money. I was earning R52,000 in two weeks. And I said, 'God, please take it all'. I want to be like everybody."
When asked if she needed help from her fans, the star said: "I don't need help."
