Following months of speculation, Vuzu Amp finally confirmed on Thursday afternoon that Bonang Matheba’s reality TV show will hit our screens in July.
Yes folks, the South African public is finally getting a glimpse into the life of the larger than life media personality, Bonang Matheba.
Queen B, as she is fondly known, is widely regarded as one of the most elusive superstars around and for the longest time, fans have yearned for a deeper look into the life of the woman they so much adore.
Well here is your chance! Vuzu Amp is giving her admirers an exclusive look into her exciting life in the reality series Being Bonang.
According to the show’s producers, it will feature Bonang in her day-to-day business interactions alongside her manager Jay Badza, as well as snippets of her romance with mega rap star AKA.
“Being Bonang will also showcase Bonang’s very close bond with her mom, the interwoven and often exhilarating relationship with her cousin Tebogo “Pinky Girl” Mekgwe, and good times with her friend Lorna Maseko,” producers say.
According to M-Net’s Head of Reality, Sphumelele Sibeko, it is the show that everyone has been waiting for.
“Bonang is finally at a point in her life where she’s comfortable to give her fans a glimpse of what they’ve been so eagerly anticipating,” he says.
Everything she touches turns to gold so there is no doubt that Being Bonang will captivate South Africans, and keep them glued to their screens.
