William, Kate told to "up their game" because Meghan is the "star"

A new source revealed that Prince William and Princess Kate were told to "up their game" when Meghan Markle married into the Royal Family because she would be the "star" in the family.
Meghan Markle, 41, the Duchess of Sussex, became one of the world's biggest royals and stars.

The former actress became a global icon when she married Princess Diana's youngest son, Prince Harry.
The royal couple quickly became one of the most famous couples in the world.
The royal couple welcomed their first child, Archie, together in May 2019, and their daughter, Lilibet, in June 2021.

The Duchess of Sussex is widely admired work and has highly influenced the fashion world.
A recent source, 'Elizabeth: An Intimate Portrait' by writer Gyles Brandreth and royal expert Katie Nicholl's new book, 'The New Royals' recently revealed that Prince William and Princess Kate were told to "up their game" because Markle would be the "star".
Nicholl wrote, "It was, according to one aide, the moment William and Kate, who was heavily pregnant, realized they needed to up their game. The Cambridges had already signaled their intention to be more than 'ornamental royals' and had, along with Harry, made a huge success of their mental health campaign Heads Together."

"But Meghan was the breakout star of the foursome," she wrote. "She was polished, passionate, and funny, using all her TV-honed skills to present her case. That was a wake-up moment for William and Kate when they realized that Meghan was very impressive, very confident, and very capable, according to a source."
