Wow! Look at Paul McCartney as a pirate

The former Beatle filmed a cameo appearance for the latest instalment of the Pirates franchise called Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.

In the photo, he looks almost unrecognisable with his long hair and pirate's hat.

The fifth instalment of the series is directed by Joachim Ronning and Espen Sandberg with a script from renowned producer, Jerry Bruckheimer serving as the producer. 

Johnny Depp, Kevin McNally and Geoffrey Rush reprise their roles as Jack Sparrow, Joshamee Gibbs and Hector Barbossa, respectively while the film also stars Javier Bardem Kaya Scodelario.

The film also features the returns of Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley as Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann respectively, following their absence from the fourth instalment.
