'Young and dumb' - Kris Jenner gets real about her cheating past
Momager and entrepreneur Kris Jenner says she made a "huge mistake" when she cheated, and it remains her biggest regret in life.
Kris Jenner is getting real about why she cheated on her late ex-husband, Robert Kardashian Sr.
The 67-year-old talked about her marriage to the late attorney in a recent episode of 'The Kardashians'. Kris married Robert in July 1978.
They had four children together - Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, and Robert Kardashian Jr. - before their divorce in March 1991.
She married athlete Bruce Jenner - who now goes by Caitlyn Jenner - one month later. They have two children together, Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
While chatting to her daughter Khloe about her relationship with serial cheater, Tristan Thompson, Kris opened up about why she cheated on Robert Sr.
“What was the mindset when you cheated?” Khloe asked her mother.
"I think being really young and dumb is something that plays into it because you don't really understand the consequences of your actions," Kris replied.
She admits that cheating on Robert Sr. is one of her biggest regrets.
"...he was such a great husband and such a great dad, and I think that I fell into a situation where I thought that the grass was greener somewhere else, and I made a huge mistake. That’s my life’s biggest regret."

Kris is currently dating talent manager Corey Gamble. Both Kris and Corey are hoping that Khloe gives Tristan another chance.
This is despite the basketball pro cheating on her on several occasions. He strayed days before Khloe gave birth to their first child, True Thompson, in 2018.
His wandering eye caused another family drama in 2019 when he flirted with Kylie's friend Jordyn Woods.
As if that was not bad enough, Tristan cheated on Khloe with Maralee Nichols shortly after she threw him a 30th birthday party in March 2021. Maralee gave birth to Tristan's child that same year. Khloe's surrogate gave birth to her second child with Tristan several months later.
Despite his flaws, Kris says Tristan is a "good dad" and she is worried Khloe might regret not giving him another chance.
"I really worry for Khloé that if Tristan does meet somebody one day and does move on, is she gonna regret not getting back with him fully in a monogamous relationship?” Kris said during a previous episode's confessional.
