Zozibini Tunzi has revealed the inspiration behind the song she dedicated to her husband, Luthando Bolowana, on their wedding day.

The beauty queen surprised her fans when she announced that she married the man of her dreams on Saturday, March 22.

"I love you endlessly... Husband," she wrote on Instagram, sharing several pictures from her special day

Her famous wedding guests, including Connie Ferguson, Basetsana Kumalo, Nomzamo Mbatha, and Anele Mdoda, also shared snaps from her big day.

A post shared by Mdoda revealed the sweet gesture Tunzi made during their reception. She sang a song she wrote with musician Muneyi for her husband when they were dating.

"Fun fact about [the] song in question. It's almost 2 years old. @muneyi_was teaching me how to write music, and on this particular day asked me how I was feeling at that point in my life," she captioned a screenshot of an audio recording dated August 10, 2023.

"I told him I was in love. So, we worked on this beautiful melody that emulated what I was feeling. Then we started writing. We left that song untouched until yesterday when I sang it for the first time for the man who inspired it on our wedding day. Felt really fitting."

It's not the first time Tunzi has shown off her vocals.

She has posted several videos of herself singing covers of songs such as Naughty Boy's 'Runnin’ (Lose It All)' featuring Beyoncé and Arrow Benjamin.

Tunzi also was a contestant on 'The Masked Singer SA' in 2023. She was the "Robot" on the show.

Her fans are so impressed with her vocals that they have begged to release her own music. TV personality Minnie Dlamini also urged her to venture into music.

"I’ve told you before and I will say it again… I’m first in line with the single, EP, album whatever drop!" Dlamini commented on a post of the former Miss South Africa singing with Muneyi on a sofa.
