ANC confirms Zuma DC to take place virtually
Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
The ANC on Wednesday confirmed that the disciplinary hearing of former president Jacob Zuma would be taking place virtually.

Zuma has been charged with contravening the ANC rules, including contravening the party's constitution, following his decision to support and be the face of the MK party for the general elections in May.
The ANC has also charged the former president with breaching his membership oath when he pledged not to campaign for them.
The ANC statement came a few hours after the MK issued a statement of its own, complaining that the ANC had not responded to requests for the hearing to be held in person.
Previously, the ANC said the hearing could not be held at its Luthuli House headquarters in Johannesburg due to security concerns, with MK party members threatening to march to the building in support of Zuma.
The ANC said a verdict - which could see Zuma become the first former party leader to be expelled - would be announced once the disciplinary committee had received and reviewed all representations.
Zuma will be represented at the hearing by ANC national executive committee member Tony Yengeni.
