Rakgoale on Friday visited the family of Grobler, who was murdered at Koraal Retirement Village in Polokwane earlier this week.

Preliminary investigations revealed the suspects entered Grobler’s home and severely assaulted her.

Rakgoale said there are still questions on how the suspects gained entry into Grobler's house, since security at the complex is supposed to be tight.

"Also they [family] are confirming that there is noway disturbance or some kind of a break-in, which means a possibility of an internal job is high.

"We also put our trust in the police and know they will bring the perpetrators to book. It will also assist the owners here to understand what are the loopholes on the security system.”

Grobler's phone and laptop were the only items stolen from her home.
