Limpopo police are investigating the cause of a fire at a school in the village of Ximausa, outside Giyani.

The fire broke out on Saturday morning at Gidela secondary school's administration block.
School furniture and equipment worth over R300 000 was destroyed by the fire.
Preliminary investigations indicate that there was a burglary before the fire, where an undisclosed amount of cash was stolen.
Police spokesperson Malesela Ledwaba said no arrest have been made.
"According to reports the complainant was alerted by community members that the school was burning,” says Ledwaba. “He quickly rushed to the scene and found the administration block was burned.
"He noticed that the doors of the school premises were forced open and the undisclosed amount of cash stolen.
"The items such as stationery, photocopy machine, printer, furniture, soccer kits, and school trophies, among others were damaged during the fire. The total value of the damage and stolen items is estimated at R341 700,"
Three other neighbouring primary schools were targeted were laptops and tables were stolen.
