[PICTURES] Hawks nab 8 during drug raids
The Hawks have arrested 8 suspects in simultaneous drug raids in Mpumalanga and Gauteng.
A total of 7 suspects were arrested in Middelburg on Wednesday morning.
The suspects were found in possession of Mandrax with a street value of R210 million.
At the same time in Diepkloof in Soweto, a 61-year-old suspect was arrested for allegedly harbouring drug manufacturing chemicals.

“This house in Diepkloof is suspected to be a storage facility for drug manufacturing chemicals,” says Hawks spokesperson Lloyd Ramovha.
Hawks will continue with the raids in Middelburg and Diepkloof throughout Wednesday.
