The wildlife park, near Rust de Winter in Limpopo, was hit by two incidents of poaching within a period of forty-eight hours.
On Saturday morning, six were poisoned before they were brutally killed.
Four of the lions’ heads and paws were chopped off.
In the early hours of Monday morning, poachers tried to gain access to another lion camp but managed to escape after the park’s rangers tried to apprehend them.

“It feels like I’m dead inside,” says owner Christa Saayman.
She says the lions were still very young with two of the animals just six months old.
Referring to big cats as her children, Saayman says it baffles her why people would do such a cruel thing.
Police in Limpopo have launched a massive manhunt for an unknown number of suspects.
