Speedsters start Valentine's Day in handcuffs

Gauteng Traffic Police arrested a Golf 7 driver for clocking
236 km/h on a 120 zone in Bronkhorspruit, East of Pretoria, on Friday morning.
Spokesperson Obed Sibasa says a total of ten speedsters have been arrested.
"High speed unit arrested ten speedsters with a Golf 7 R clocking 236 km/h, and traffic officers chased the vehicle and recorded the speed and arrested him in Bronkhorspruit."
"A driver of a Mercedes Benz E63 AMG clocked a speed of 213 km/h on a 120 zone on the N4. They will appear in different courts in the province," says Sibasa.
Traffic officials have once again warned motorists to refrain from dangerous and illegal practice on the roads.
