Still no power in Joburg CBD after blast

Johannesburg's inner city remained without power for a fourth day following Wednesday evening's explosion on Lillian Ngoyi Street.
City Power says it is waiting for investigation into the cause of the blast to conclude before starting the restoration processes.
Johannesburg City Manager Floyd Brink said on Friday they believe the cause of the blast to have been gas-related.
"In terms of electricity there isn't much to drive home, because of our dependency on other departments, such as emergency services and disaster management, to finish their work and declare the area safe for us to start working," said City Power spokesperson Isaac Mangena on Saturday.
"This will include the assessment of the extent of the damage on electricity infrastructure, and then we will conduct different tests on different aspects of our network.
"Fortunately, we are informed that the gas concentration is subsiding significantly at the current conditions.
"Once it is less than 5%, City Power will be cleared to start the restoration process."
Mangena said this could be as early as Sunday.
"Our different teams have been activated and are on standby, including test and protection branches, should we be handed over the site at any moment.
"Unfortunately, the lights in the CBD will remain off until all this is done."
