Suspect nabbed for abduction and murder of Limpopo woman
A 40-year-old suspect has been arrested for the kidnapping and murder of a 26 old woman, Venolia Skosana from Matsitsi village outside Groblersdal in Limpopo on Thursday.
Skosana's body was found in an advance state of decomposition in the river at Khathazweni outside Hlogotlou police area in the morning.
This after she went missing on Saturday, 31 December 2022.
"Police's intensive investigations led to the discovery of the body and the arrest of the suspect. He will appear in Nebo Magistrate court on Friday facing of charges kidnapping and murder," says police spokesperson Motlafela Mojapelo.
He says more charges could be added.
