Twitter weighs in on woman's racist rant
Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
A woman's racist rant caught on video has caused quite a stir on social media.
The woman was seen hurling racist insults at police and making threats.
The officers had come to her assistance after she was involved in a smash-and-grab incident.
As always, Twitter was the first and the fastest to react.
Many Twitter users felt the utterances cannot and should not be justified.
Most of us have been victims of crime, that is not an excuse for being a racist. Being a racist has nothing to do with crime!! #racistrant

I thought we established that anger does not make you a racist but rather reveals the racist in you in your unfiltered state... #RacistRant

I think it's time that we whites EARN our right to live in Africa, by not being racist bigots and being decent human beings. #RacistRant
