Updated | By JacarandaFM News
A group of Wits students have left the Braamfontein campus following clashes with police.
Wits spokesperson Shirona Patel says police fired teargas and stun grenades after students disrupted tests on the West campus.
"The police services had to use stun grenades and some teargas to disperse some students who refused to move," she said.
According to the Wits SRC, student leader Shaeera Kalla along with other students were wounded when police shot at them with rubber bullets.
