Zuma to address Youth Day commemoration

President Jacob Zuma will deliver the keynote address at the commemoration of the 40th Anniversary of the June 16, 1976 Soweto uprising.
The official Youth Day celebrations will be held at Orlando Stadium in Soweto on Thursday.
Deputy Minister in the Presidency Buti Manamela says the theme for this year's celebration is "Youth taking South Africa forward".
Minister in the Presidency Jeff Radebe says the struggles of 2016 are different to the struggles of 1976.
Higher education deputy minister Mduduzi Manana says government will live up to its commitments.
Water and sanitation minister Nomvula Mokonyane says the youth must set their own agenda.
