Don’t gym when you have a cold! I know what its like! You can hear the gym calling your name but please rather stay home and rest! Gymming can delay your recovery as your immune system goes into overdrive to try combat the nasty germs and then you go and use up all that energy. Your body is also weak which can lead to injuries and instead of feeling that burn, you can actually damage your muscles. And lastly, there’s nothing worse seeing someone cough or sneeze on the equipment your about to use! Stay home, rest and get well soon!
