An easy exercise for your calves!

Your calves get used every single day so when exercising them make sure to ‘feel that burn’ when exercising them. If you don’t have the luxury of a gym, stairs work perfectly. Hold onto a rail or a place your hand on the wall. Stand on a stair's edge with the toes and balls of your feet. Then lift one leg and lower your heel several inches below the edge of the stair, then raise yourself up until you're standing on your tiptoes. Do 10 per calf then another 10 together and I promise you’ll feel the Buurrnnnnnnn
