Bidvest Wits 2-3 Golden Arrows

Polokwane City 0-3 Kaizer Chiefs
Amakhosi cruised through to the next round against the Premiership rookies.
Just after the half-hour mark, Tefu Mashamaite met Bernard Parker’s corner at the near post to nod home and open the scoring, and then gave Amakhosi some breathing space in the 66th minute with another headed goal from Parker’s corner.
15 minutes from time Knowledge Musona ran onto a long pass from Morgan Gould and lobbed past Nkueni Mayala to seal the win.
Moroka Swallows 1-0 University of Pretoria
Edward Manqele got his fifth goal for the Birds to take them through against AmaTuks.
The on-form striker, who is on loan from Mamelodi Sundowns, collected a pass from Giorgi Nergadze inside the area fired past Washington Arubi on 25 minutes.
Manqele had a couple of chances to extend the lead in the second half, but could not convert and the hosts went through with a slender 1-0 win.

Platinum Stars 2-0 Maritzburg United
In a scorching hot North West Province, Dikwena continued their fine cup form, after their MTN8 triump over Orlando Pirates last weekend, with a fluid win over the Team of Choice.
Henrico Botes opened the scoring just after the restart, after a through ball from Mduduzi Nyanda, beating Shu-Aib Walters at the near post.
Man of the Match Robert Ng’ambi doubled the hosts’ lead on the hour mark, coolly passing the ball into the net with his left to seal the win.
Bloemfontein Celtic 0-4 Mamelodi Sundowns
It was sweet revenge for Mamelodi Sundowns, who reversed the result from last year’s Telkom Knockout Final with a win over Bloemfontein Celtic, stopping Phunya Sele Sele’s trophy defence in its tracks.
Dove Wome opened the scoring in the fourth minute, and forced the second, an own goal from Limbikani Mzava, three minutes later.
Khama Billiat volleyed home from Bryce Moon’s high cross on the half-hour mark to make sure of the victory, and added a second just after the restart.
Mpumalanga Black Aces host Orlando Pirates tomorrow in the final Last 16 fixture.
