Five ways to stop the Bok rot

The Springboks have slumped to their lowest level in many years following a humiliating 20-18 defeat at the hands of minnows Italy last weekend in Florence. Rugby scribe Brenden Nel believes he has some answers on how to stop the rot.
The Boks have had an atrocious year -- seven losses in 11 starts -- and not even a victory against Wales in Cardiff this coming weekend would salvage pride or repair the severely damaged reputation to the leaping Springbok .
There are various theories being bandied about as to where the problem lies, who to point fingers at or how the Boks are going to lift themselves out of a very dark pit.
Well respected rugby writer Brenden Nel believes that the time for excuses and spin is over and it's time to put the Boks first.
Here he outlines a five-point plan to save the Springboks:
