Lions fight back to beat Munster in Joburg

The Lions fought back in a tense United Rugby Championship match against Munster at Ellis Park in Johannesburg to record a 23-21 victory.

The Lions trailed the Irish side 21-10 at halftime.
The win marked their second in a row in the competition.
The Irishmen scored three first-half tries but the hosts fought back in the second half, denying the visitors a single point, while they scored a try and more two penalty goals to edge to the victory in the dying minutes.
Flyhalf Jordan Hendrikse pushed the hosts into the lead for the first time in the game in the 73rd minute as he slammed over in his third penalty goal, which nudged the team 23-21 ahead, and they held on until the final whistle to seal the win.
