Springbok coach Heyneke Meyer already feels they've had an outstanding season but would love to finish the year with a winning record above 80%.
The Boks have won 9 out of 11 Tests in 2013 - a winning record of 82%.
"In my book 75% is outstanding. There is one game left this year and I'm very happy with our consistent form. We played excellent rugby at times this year and scored a lot of tries," Meyer told Die Burger's website.
A win against France in Paris on Saturday would increase their ratio to 83%, with a loss bringing it down to 75% for the year.
If you add the three Test wins of last year's year-end tour, the Boks have won 12 out of 14 Tests - a winning ratio of 86%.
Since South Africa's return from isolation in 1992, the Boks have won 159 out of 253 Tests - a success rate of only 63%.
This illustrates how they have improved under Meyer as coach and are definitely on the right track with the 2015 Rugby World Cup in mind.
One blip on Meyer's record though is that he is yet to beat the All Blacks since taking over as coach in 2012. The New Zealanders have won 202 out of 250 Tests since 1992 - a staggering 81% win record.
Saturday's Test at the Stade de France kicks off at 22:00 (SA time).
