Updated | By Karabo Tebele
The Premier Soccer League and MTN have announced Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban as the host venue for this year’s MTN8 final between Orlando Pirates and Bloemfontein Celtic.
The announcement was made on Tuesday afternoon.
In a joint media statement, the PSL and MTN vowed to keep fans entertained even though they are not allowed to attend the final due to Covid-19 regulations.
“Although fans will not be allowed to be at the stadium to cheer for their teams due to COVID-19 regulations, the PSL and MTN have lined up several activities which will ensure fans and MTN customers don’t miss out on the festivities of the day, including the build-up and road to the final as we assist the public to #Remake2020 with Wafa Wafa.”
The final between Siwelele and the Bucaneers will be played on December 12.
