Updated | By JacarandaFM News
World number one Andy Murray is being praised after he corrected a journalist during a post-match Wimbledon press conference.

Murray slumped to a 3-6, 6-4, 6-7 (4/7), 6-1, 6-1 quarter-final defeat to the 28th-ranked American, Sam Querrey, on a shell-shocked Centre Court.
The journalist asked Murray about the significance of Querrey being the first US tennis player to reach the semi-finals in a Grand Slam in eight years.
Murray corrected the journalist by saying Querrey is the first male player to reach this point in eight years.
Venus Williams is an eight-time Wimbledon finalist.
Williams is bidding to become the oldest player to reach the Wimbledon final since 1994.
