SuperSport United will host defending Absa Premiership Champions Kaizer Chiefs at the Lucas Moripe Stadium tonight. Matsatsantsa a Pitori come into the match having beaten Tshwane rivals Tuks 1-0 in a midweek derby.

Chiefs on the other hand were held to a 1-1 draw at home by Moroka Swallows on Tuesday night three days after losing to their bitter-rivals Orlando Pirates.

The Amakhosi won the first leg of the corresponding fixture 2-1 last season, with the return match ending in a 1-1 draw. Stuart Baxter’s men tasted their first league defeat last season at the hands of Platinum Stars who were under the guidance of Cavin Johnson.

A win tonight will see the home side end the weekend on top of the standings with nine points regardless of other results. Kick-Off is at 18:00.
