Yes, they are a handful and as hard as we try, even as adults, we fail to match their high energy levels, more often than not leaving us more exhausted than they are in our quest to keep pace.
Proteas fast bowler Dale Steyn has the capacity to bowl between four and five spells on any given day of a Test match, spend countless hours fielding in the blazing sun or expending every last ounce of energy attempting to re-arrange a batsman's stumps.
