Hi..

My name is Melba Shika. I'm 24 years old and I live in Polokwane. I urgently need help or assistance with my college fees and accommodation. I'm studying home based care at Thuto Bophelo. The course will be for 6 months only, It is so hard for me 'cos I need to further my studies and do auxiliary nursing which is R 25,000 and R 5 000 is needed to write a test.

I don't have parents. My mum died in 2003 and we sold the house because it was not insured. With the remaining balance, which was R 40,000 my sister and I decided to go study. Unfortunately the money is not enough for both of us because of food, transport, accommodation and clothes. It's not enough to help us study further to auxiliary or enrolled nursing.

Things are tough for both of us because we don't know where our next meal will come from. Education will only be our last hope.

Please help?
Melba Shika
